This is a vintage snare drum made, and assembled in England. This 1950's white marine Olympic snare drum is a 14" maple snare with reinforcement rings, a batter head dampener, and Die Cast Hoops. this snare and all its hardware are still in good condition, with no rust except for the air hole, and very minor oxidation on the lug set screws.
This snare is a true work of art. 4ply Maple with 4ply reinforcement rings and more fat than two pounds of Canadian bacon! The Dunnett 845 snare throw-off is super smooth and elegant in its simplistic beauty. This drum is in like new condition. There are no dents, dings, scratches, chips, or pits.
